If something is not working

Find what you see on the screen in the tables. If that does not help, write to the support chat or call +38 044 300 24 01: describe what you did and attach a screenshot.

«Uspacy більше не дає модулю складу доступу до порталу…» (“Uspacy no longer gives the warehouse module access to the portal…”)	the app’s access was revoked	the administrator reinstalls the app in the App store (Крамниця застосунків); the accounting data is kept
«Забагато запитів — спробуйте за хвилину» (“Too many requests — try again in a minute”)	too many requests reached the module from your network within a minute	wait a minute and try again; if it keeps happening during normal work, write to support

«Рядок N: ціна в USD — складський облік рахує собівартість лише в гривнях…» (“Line N: the price is in USD — inventory accounting calculates cost in hryvnias only…”)	the price in a receipt line is not in hryvnias; enter the price in UAH
«Немає права змінювати запис в Uspacy…» (“No permission to change the record in Uspacy…”)	you can only view the record; someone who can edit it will post it
«Документ зачіпає закритий період: дата заборони змін — …» (“The document affects a closed period: the lock date is …”)	the document date is earlier than the lock date; the administrator can change the lock date on the Облік (Accounting) tab
«Дата заборони змін: перевірте рік — дата раніше 2000 року» (“Lock date: check the year — the date is before 2000”)	the year in the Дата заборони змін (Lock date) field was not entered in full (for example, 0202 instead of 2026); enter the date again and save
«Склад «…» понад тариф …» (“Warehouse «…» is over the plan …”) or «Склад «…» вимкнено…» (“Warehouse «…» is turned off…”)	the warehouse is outside the plan; the administrator turns the warehouse on or changes the plan
«Документ не проведено, етап повернуто: …» (“The document was not posted, the stage was reverted: …”) in a comment	fix the reasons named and post again
«Проведення зменшить резерви угод — проведіть документ у вкладці «Проведення»…» (“Posting will reduce deal reserves — post the document on the «Проведення» tab…”)	post it with the Провести (Post) button and confirm the change to the reserves in the window
«Змінено після проведення — перепроведіть» (“Changed after posting — repost”)	click Провести again
«Потребує перепроведення: облікові залишки на дату інвентаризації змінилися» (“Needs reposting: the book stock on the stocktake date has changed”)	post the stocktake again

«Не вистачає товару для повного резерву» (“Not enough stock for a full reserve”)	what is available has been reserved; the reserve is topped up when stock arrives
«Списання не виконано — не вистачає товару…» (“Write-off not completed — not enough stock…”)	the deal is written off automatically when stock arrives; do not write it off with a separate document
«Угода на етапі списання, а товар не списано — натисніть «Списати»» (“The deal is at the write-off stage, but the goods have not been written off — click «Списати»”)	click Списати (Write off)

There is no Резерв (Reserve) tab in the deal card	refresh the page; check that the app is installed

«Дані перераховуються…» (“Data is being recalculated…”), the «Перераховується» (“Recalculating”) mark	wait a few seconds and open the report again
«Вкажіть дати початку і кінця періоду» (“Specify the start and end dates of the period”) or «Початок періоду пізніше за кінець» (“The start of the period is later than the end”)	correct the Від (From) and До (To) fields
«Показано перші 500 рухів — звузьте період…» (“The first 500 movements are shown — narrow the period…”)	choose a shorter period
The figures seem inaccurate	the administrator runs Перерахувати собівартість (Recalculate cost) on the Структура tab
The «Тариф», «Склади» (“Warehouses”), «Облік», «Структура» tabs are missing	only the portal owner and administrators see them

The template is missing from the document card	on the Структура tab → Шаблони (Templates), check the status; if it is missing — Створити відсутнє or add it manually
The stocktake sheet has no book quantities	this is by design: the book quantities and the difference are shown on the Проведення (Posting) tab
