What Data We Collect

We collect data you provide through contact forms on our website: name, phone number, email, company name, and message content. We also collect technical data during your visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit time. If you arrive through a link with UTM tags (for example, from YouTube or a newsletter), we store the traffic source — the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term tags — together with your submission, to understand which channels bring enquiries. For visit statistics we use Umami, web analytics running on our own server. It sets no cookies and shares no data with third parties. While you are just reading the site, we don't know who you are. When you submit a form, we attach to your request the pages of this site you viewed during this and earlier visits in the last 30 days, the time of each view, where you came from (a website, a search engine or an AI assistant), campaign tags and your device type. This data is stored in our CRM together with your request. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): understanding where an enquiry came from so we can answer it properly.

02

How We Use Data

Your data is used to: contact you regarding our services, prepare commercial proposals, improve website performance, and visit analytics. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

03

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for proper functioning and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

04

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with our technical partners (Cloudflare for hosting, Turnstile and D1, Resend for email notifications, Google/Facebook/LinkedIn for analytics and advertising only after consent) solely to ensure website operation, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

05

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, restrict processing, transfer data to another service, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

08

Contact Submission Retention
