SMS Marketing for Uspacy: overview

The app sends SMS and Viber messages to customers straight from Uspacy: from a deal card, in a bulk campaign, or automatically when a deal or lead moves to the stage you need. Messages go through the AlphaSMS service; the app is free, and you pay AlphaSMS only for what you send.

Roles come from Uspacy: the portal owner and users with administrator rights.

  • SMS — a regular text message to a phone number.
  • Viber — a message in Viber on behalf of your company: text, as well as an image with a button or a carousel of cards.
  • Cascade (Viber → SMS) — the cheaper Viber message goes first; if it is not delivered, the customer gets an SMS. This way the message gets through and you do not overpay.
  1. Quick start — installation, signing up for AlphaSMS and connecting the key, 10–15 minutes.
  2. Templates — prepare one or two texts.
  3. Sending from the card — send your first message to yourself.
  • Numbers on the stop list receive nothing — not from the card, not from a campaign, not automatically.
  • One number, one message per campaign, even if the number is recorded in several contacts.
  • History is kept in the CRM card: every message is visible in the app tab and in the record history.
  • Interface language — Ukrainian or English, following the language of the Uspacy interface.
