How much does CRM implementation cost?
Setting up a CRM around your process costs €950 to €3,800. The lower end is a compact project: records, one pipeline, permissions, a contact import and team training. The upper end means several pipelines, telephony, email, live chat channels, stage automation and reports for management. Projects that need development, such as 1C sync or connectors to external systems, go above that range and get their own quote.
All Auspex services at a glance (service — price — timeline):
- CRM implementation — €950 to €3,800 — 2–4 weeks for basic setup, 1–2 months for a full rollout.
- CRM audit — from €250 — 2–3 days; the fee is credited towards implementation.
- Business process automation — €500 to €2,700 — 1–2 weeks for a basic set, 2–4 weeks with integrations.
- CRM apps and integrations — €1,500 to €7,000 — timeline per project.
- AI agent (with Grow2.ai) — €2,700 pilot, then from €75/month + tokens — 3–6 weeks.
- Support after the first 30 days — from €200/month.
- CRM licences — the vendor's official price, arranged through us.
What drives the price?
The price depends on how much needs setting up, and five things move it the most:
- Pipelines and stages. One sales pipeline is one scope; separate pipelines for service, distributors or tenders are another.
- Integrations. Telephony, email, messengers, website forms, shipping, payments: each connection is a separate block.
- Data migration. Contacts, deal history and notes from spreadsheets or an old CRM; duplicates and inconsistent phone formats add work.
- Permissions and reports. How many roles your team has and which numbers management wants to see every week.
- Development. ERP or accounting sync, connectors to external systems and custom modules are not configuration, so they are quoted separately.
That is why there is no single turnkey price. You get an exact quote after a free discovery call, once we have seen your process.
What is included in the price, and what isn't?
The implementation price covers configuring the CRM around your process plus 30 days of support after launch. Licences, third-party subscriptions and development are paid separately. Included:
- records and reference lists, pipelines and stages, permissions;
- stage automation, email, telephony and live chat channels;
- data import and reports;
- team training on your real processes;
- 30 days of support after launch.
Not included:
- CRM licences, which we arrange at the vendor's official price;
- telephony and messenger subscriptions;
- 1C sync and other development, which get a separate quote;
- support after the first 30 days, from €200/month.
Auspex is a Bitrix24 Gold Partner. Bitrix24 implementation starts from €950, and we arrange Bitrix24 licences at Bitrix24's official price.
How long does CRM implementation take?
Basic CRM setup takes 2–4 weeks, a full implementation with automations takes 1–2 months, and the median launch is 30 days. An audit takes 2–3 days, a basic automation set 1–2 weeks, and an AI agent 3–6 weeks.
Timelines usually slip because of data and decisions: a messy export from the old system, several integrations at once, and an approval that waits on one person. We walk through those weeks in order in a separate note (link below).
Where to start: a free call or a paid audit?
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call: we go through your task, and you get a quote afterwards. A paid CRM audit is separate work that takes 2–3 days: we review your CRM, processes and data and hand over a written report with a work plan. It starts from €250, and the fee is credited towards implementation.
An audit makes sense when you already have a CRM that isn't working well, or when you're choosing between several systems. If the task is clear and you don't have a CRM yet, the discovery call is enough.
