# Sanitaryware manufacturer: on-premise Bitrix24, 1C sync and field visits

Auspex rolled out on-premise Bitrix24 on a sanitaryware manufacturer’s own server and connected it to 1C. The client’s team set up the CRM records themselves with our guidance, while we built the integration, the retail-outlet directory and a mobile app where sales reps check in at visits. The project ran from June 2025 to March 2026.

## What did the manufacturer need?

The company sells sanitaryware both to retail buyers and through partner outlets, and its sales reps visit those outlets regularly. Accounting runs in 1C, so the CRM had to work with the same counterparties, cities and orders instead of living on its own.

In May 2025 we installed on-premise Bitrix24 on the client’s server. In June we started the implementation project, including the 1C integration, and held three pre-project assessment sessions.

## How was the work split between the client’s team and Auspex?

We agreed at the start that the client’s team would set up the lead, contact, company, deal and invoice records, with us advising and making targeted changes. Auspex took on the parts that needed development: the 1C exchange and the mobile app.

The implementation took about 200 hours in total. We showed interim results in September and October 2025, the client began testing in November, and on 27 November we demonstrated the full scope of work.

## What moves between Bitrix24 and 1C?

We wrote the exchange module for the client’s 1C configuration. After the November demo we fixed the model as holding → counterparty → retail outlet, so only holdings can have outlets. The integration was closed in February 2026.

-   retail outlets are kept in the CRM as a separate directory;
-   each counterparty is linked to its parent counterparty;
-   B2C deals go from the CRM to 1C, with a manager approving the counterparty first;
-   the order number from 1C comes back into the deal;
- the website directory syncs both ways; regions and cities are synced as well.

## How are sales reps’ visits tracked?

In the check-in app a rep sees their meetings and builds a route through them in Google Maps. At the outlet they check in at the start and end of the visit: the app records the coordinates, the time spent there and the distance from the stated address, and the rep adds the outcome. All of this is stored in a separate smart process. There are no GPS trackers; coordinates are captured only at check-in.

Country and city are picked from cascading lists fed by 1C. For outlet stock checks, the deal’s product section has five fields that mirror 1C, including item, expense group and status. The app was handed over in March 2026.

## What has changed since launch?

We have supported the system since March 2026. We changed the logic of the existing Ringostat integration and added calls to retail outlets, a website chat in Open Channels and a dynamic discount in the company record. In June 2026 we added filters to the check-in app, which the reps were already using.

Deal integration between Bitrix24 and 1C is in progress now.

## Frequently asked

### Can you track sales reps’ visits without a GPS tracker?

Yes. Here the rep checks in at the start and end of a visit in a mobile app, and the CRM stores the coordinates, the time at the outlet and the distance from its address. Nobody tracks the phone continuously.

### Can the client’s own team set up the CRM?

It can, if the work is split clearly. In this project the client’s team set up the lead, contact, company, deal and invoice records with our guidance, and Auspex built the 1C integration and the mobile app.

### How long did the CRM rollout with 1C integration take?

From the project start in June 2025 to project close in March 2026: about nine and a half months and roughly 200 hours of Auspex work. The 1C integration was closed in February 2026.
