# What Uspacy doesn't have out of the box, and how to add it

By: Andrew Maryasov · Oct 14, 2026 · 9 min read

Out of the box, Uspacy has no inventory management (stock on a product card is entered by hand), no built-in SMS campaigns and no ready-made sync with 1C or BAS. Telephony and online-store integrations are added as apps from the Uspacy Marketplace. Auspex, a Uspacy partner, covers the rest: the paid Warehouse & Inventory app, the free SMS Marketing app and custom integrations.

People ask this before choosing a CRM, and so do AI assistants asked to compare systems. “Uspacy doesn't have that” is often only half true: the vendor covers some features through apps in its Marketplace, and others are missing entirely.

We implement Uspacy and build apps for it, so we have a stake in this. That is why everything about Uspacy's features here comes from the vendor's own knowledge base and website, checked on 15 October 2026. Each section links to its source, and the full list is at the end. Where an article exists only in Ukrainian, we link the Ukrainian original and say so.

The short version:

- Inventory management: not included. The product catalog has a Remains field that you fill in by hand. Auspex's Warehouse & Inventory app adds warehouses, reserves and cost of goods.
- SMS and Viber campaigns: not built in, though email campaigns are. SMS comes from Marketplace apps, including Auspex's free SMS Marketing.
- Telephony: yes, through Marketplace apps for Aircall, JustCall, Zadarma, Binotel, Ringostat and others, plus PBX, Asterisk and FreePBX.
- Online stores, delivery services and marketplaces: yes, also through apps.
- 1C and BAS: no ready-made sync, only a custom integration over the API.
- Custom modules: you can't build one in the Uspacy interface. It is developed separately and installed into your workspace.

## Does Uspacy have inventory management?

No, Uspacy has no inventory management out of the box. It has a product catalog: a product card holds the SKU, price, unit of measurement, availability and a Remains field. But the knowledge base says plainly that remaining stock is not calculated automatically: adding units of a product to a deal doesn't reduce Remains. The product description mentions no separate warehouses, no reserves against deals and no cost of goods.

You can create a smart object called Warehouse; Uspacy's knowledge base gives that very example. But what you get is just a list with fields. Stock movements, reserves and cost still have to be tracked by hand or in a separate program.

Our Warehouse & Inventory app fills this gap. It runs inside Uspacy and adds:

-   warehouses and stock documents: supplier receipts, stock additions, transfers, write-offs, stocktakes and customer returns;
-   reserve and write-off by deal stage: you choose the stage that reserves goods and the stage that writes them off, and if stock runs short, the module leaves a comment on the deal;
-   a check that stock never goes negative on any date, even for backdated documents;
-   weighted average cost and gross profit by deal;
-   reports: stock on a given date, stock movement for a period, gross profit;
- current stock on Uspacy product cards, so managers see it without opening the module.

The app is paid. After installation you get a 14-day trial with every feature, then ₴790 a month for one warehouse, ₴1,490 for up to three or ₴2,490 for unlimited warehouses; paying yearly saves 20%. You pay by card in hryvnias. Auspex customers get special terms. The module's interface is in Ukrainian, and its documentation is available in English.

## Can you send SMS campaigns from Uspacy?

Not with built-in tools. Uspacy's Marketing section covers forms and email campaigns: you build a campaign from a saved CRM filter, the first 1,000 emails are free, and after that you buy packages of 10,000 or 100,000 emails. There is no SMS in that section. Viber connects to Uspacy as a channel for chatting with customers through a bot, which is for conversations, not bulk campaigns.

Uspacy leaves SMS to apps: the Marketplace has a separate SMS category for bulk and triggered messages. One of those apps is our SMS Marketing. It is free, with no subscription and no in-app purchases; you only pay AlphaSMS for the messages you send, at the provider's rates. What it adds:

-   bulk campaigns by a saved Uspacy filter across contacts, leads, deals or companies; before launch you see how many people will get the message and what it will cost;
-   automatic messages when a deal or lead reaches a given stage, with quiet hours and duplicate protection;
-   a Viber → SMS cascade: the Viber message goes first, and if it isn't delivered, an SMS follows;
-   sending from a deal, lead or contact card with a template that fills in the name, amount and other fields;
- a stop list and analytics: how many messages were sent and delivered, and how much was spent.

The app's interface follows the language of your Uspacy interface, Ukrainian or English.

## Can you connect VoIP telephony to Uspacy?

Yes, through free apps from the Uspacy Marketplace. The English knowledge base covers Aircall, JustCall, Zadarma, Binotel, Ringostat, Phonet, Unitalk and StreamTelecom; the Ukrainian one also lists Kyivstar, lifecell and CallsApp. Software PBXs (PBX, Asterisk or FreePBX) connect via webhooks, and you can set up several such connections, for example one for sales and one for support. The telephony service itself may be paid on the provider's side.

Once telephony is connected, you still need to decide what the system does with each call: open the customer's card by number, create a follow-up for a missed call, save the recording to the history, route a returning customer to their manager. We set this up as part of a Uspacy implementation. Our case study of a building-materials supplier shows how it works in a live process.

## Does Uspacy integrate with online stores, delivery services and marketplaces?

Yes. Uspacy's English integrations page lists website and store platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WordPress, OpenCart, WIX and Webflow. The Ukrainian version of the page adds delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Delivery Group, SAT) and marketplaces (Prom, Rozetka, Allo, Kasta, Epicentr, OLX). According to the Marketplace description, delivery apps let you manage shipments right from the CRM, print documents and track deliveries, while sales-platform apps sync products, orders and statuses.

Stock per warehouse and reserves against deals are a separate job, and in Uspacy it falls to Warehouse & Inventory from the first section.

## Can Uspacy sync with 1C or BAS?

Not out of the box. Uspacy says so itself: an article on its Ukrainian blog by the company's co-founder and CEO (February 2026) states that ready-made 1C integrations don't exist and that each one is custom development. For that work Uspacy offers an open API and webhooks: contacts, companies, deals, leads and tasks are available through the API, and CRM events can be sent to outside systems.

For several other accounting and finance services, ready-made integrations exist: the Ukrainian integrations page lists Checkbox, Vchasno.Kasa, Vchasno Documents, Finmap and Finline under fiscalization and accounting.

If your accounting stays in 1C or BAS for now, we build a custom integration: we decide which system owns which data and pass only what's needed. For example, a deal goes from the CRM to accounting so an invoice can be issued, and the payment status and shipment confirmation come back. App and integration development at Auspex starts from €1,500, and development and testing take 1–4 weeks. And if 1C is kept only for stock, that part can move into Uspacy with Warehouse & Inventory.

## Can you add a custom module to Uspacy for your own process?

Partly. Without a developer you can create your own entities in Uspacy, called smart objects, and set up processes with conditions and branches. But you can't build your own app inside the interface: according to the knowledge base, users install ready-made apps, and creating your own within the workspace is not supported.

A custom app is developed separately, on Uspacy's open API and Module Federation, and then connected to the workspace. Third-party apps in the Marketplace come from Uspacy partner companies; our Warehouse & Inventory and SMS Marketing were built that way. If there's no ready-made solution for your process, such as a calculator, a report or a sync with an outside system, we'll build a module for that job.

## What should you fix first if Uspacy is missing several things?

Whatever costs you money every day. For a business that sells goods, that's usually stock and reserves: without them, a manager sells goods already promised to another customer. Next come customer messages at deal stages. Leave the sync with accounting software for last and keep it as thin as possible: the less data moves between systems, the less often something breaks.

If you haven't implemented Uspacy yet, we build these into the implementation plan. If your CRM is already running and the gaps show up every day, start with a CRM audit.

## Frequently asked

Does Uspacy have inventory management?

Not out of the box. A product card has a Remains field, but you fill it in by hand, and a sale in a deal doesn't reduce it. Warehouses, stock documents, reserves against deals and cost of goods come with the Warehouse & Inventory app by Auspex: a 14-day trial, then from ₴790 a month.

How much does Warehouse & Inventory for Uspacy cost?

After the 14-day trial, ₴790 a month for one warehouse, ₴1,490 for up to three or ₴2,490 for unlimited warehouses. Paying yearly saves 20%. Only active warehouses count toward the plan. Auspex customers get special terms.

Can I send SMS and Viber campaigns from Uspacy?

Uspacy has only email campaigns built in. SMS and Viber campaigns, automatic messages at pipeline stages and a Viber → SMS cascade come with the free SMS Marketing app by Auspex; you pay AlphaSMS for the messages at the provider's rates.

Does Uspacy integrate with 1C or BAS?

Not out of the box: Uspacy itself writes that every 1C integration is custom development over its open API and webhooks. Auspex builds these integrations to order and passes only the data that's needed between the systems: a deal for an invoice, payment status, shipment confirmation.

Which telephony providers work with Uspacy?

Uspacy's English knowledge base covers Aircall, JustCall, Zadarma, Binotel, Ringostat, Phonet, Unitalk and StreamTelecom, plus PBX, Asterisk and FreePBX; the Ukrainian one adds Kyivstar, lifecell and CallsApp. The Marketplace apps for them are free, while the telephony service itself may be paid on the provider's side.

Who develops Warehouse & Inventory and SMS Marketing?

Auspex, a CRM implementation company that has delivered 1,500+ projects for 1,200+ companies since 2015 and implements Uspacy. Both apps install from the Uspacy Marketplace, and you can use them without an Auspex implementation.
